The item arrived in good condition but was different than the item pictured in the ad. Apparently it was for a newer version. I contacted the seller who replied quickly with the offer of a refund. The only thing that would have made my experience better is if the part had been cleaned more thoroughly before shipment. This arrived very quickly. The packaging for shipping was great. This Shimano 105 RD-5500-GS Rear Derailleur looks good, even better than described. And this works perfectly with my wifes Shimano DuraAce 11-27T cassette and her Spécialités TA Carmina crank with 42/32/24T chainwheels (we had the crank arms shortened by HighPath to 145mm to fit her tiny 4'11" body).
