Return Policy
Need (or want!) to return a product? No problem! US returns can be made for free within 60 days of purchase for any reason as long as item is in the same condition as received. US customers will receive a return shipping label and will be refunded the full order amount once the item is received.
International customers are required to cover shipping both ways in the event of a product return.
To file a return, simply visit our returns page, enter your order number and email address to begin the return process. We will get back to you with a generated shipping label free of charge where applicable and will refund the payment as soon as the item is returned to us in undamaged condition.
Note about purchases from eBay
Purchases made from our eBay store have the same return policy, but you will need to email us with your order # (either ours, or eBay's is fine) to file the return on your behalf, as our returns system will not process eBay orders automatically. Alternatively, eBay returns may also be filed directly through eBay.
