The item arrived in good condition but was different than the item pictured in the ad. Apparently it was for a newer version. I contacted the seller who replied quickly with the offer of a refund. The second bike shop repaired my current shifter. I did not need the item I ordered. I returned the package, unopened, per directions. Great kudos to the seller the transaction was excellent. Although no longer need it was delivered in a timely manner as indicated in the ad. Will use again when needed.

Problems w timely delivery.....primarily due to weather and federal holiday....Item did not arrive when "hoped" and thus other arrangements had to be made for a substitute shifter.
