The item arrived in good condition but was different than the item pictured in the ad. Apparently it was for a newer version. I contacted the seller who replied quickly with the offer of a refund. The second bike shop repaired my current shifter. I did not need the item I ordered. I returned the package, unopened, per directions. Great kudos to the seller the transaction was excellent. Although no longer need it was delivered in a timely manner as indicated in the ad. Will use again when needed.

Problems w timely delivery.....primarily due to weather and federal holiday....Item did not arrive when "hoped" and thus other arrangements had to be made for a substitute shifter. Very good condition, as described. Well-packaged, shipped quickly. First-rate! The only thing that would have made my experience better is if the part had been cleaned more thoroughly before shipment. However, this is great and will get my trainer bike going again, and any additional cleaning would have been above and beyond expectations.
