The item arrived in good condition but was different than the item pictured in the ad. Apparently it was for a newer version. I contacted the seller who replied quickly with the offer of a refund. I was able to find a way to make it work without returning the item. Communication with the seller was great. Good transaction.

The second bike shop repaired my current shifter. I did not need the item I ordered. I returned the package, unopened, per directions. Great kudos to the seller the transaction was excellent. Although no longer need it was delivered in a timely manner as indicated in the ad. Will use again when needed.

Problems w timely delivery.....primarily due to weather and federal holiday....Item did not arrive when "hoped" and thus other arrangements had to be made for a substitute shifter. Seller accomodating and willing to receive item back.....I'm keeping as may still need in the future. No hesitating buying another product from this vender

The only thing that would have made my experience better is if the part had been cleaned more thoroughly before shipment.
