The only thing that would have made my experience better is if the part had been cleaned more thoroughly before shipment. However, this is great and will get my trainer bike going again, and any additional cleaning would have been above and beyond expectations.

The second bike shop repaired my current shifter. I did not need the item I ordered. I returned the package, unopened, per directions. Great kudos to the seller the transaction was excellent. Although no longer need it was delivered in a timely manner as indicated in the ad. Will use again when needed.

This arrived very quickly. The packaging for shipping was great. This Shimano 105 RD-5500-GS Rear Derailleur looks good, even better than described. And this works perfectly with my wifes Shimano DuraAce 11-27T cassette and her Spécialités TA Carmina crank with 42/32/24T chainwheels (we had the crank arms shortened by HighPath to 145mm to fit her tiny 4'11" body).
